Refining Emergency Department Operations

The Emergency Department has historically been the resource where patients know they can receive care regardless of time-of-day or financial situation. Urgent or not, patients flock to the ED with a myriad of conditions. Therefore, it is important to be able to tend to this “melting pot” of the patient population safely and efficiently. This course will offer insight into policies and procedures that not only drive patient satisfaction, but also reduce costs, expand communication, and improve performance.
