"Very good review. It should be carefully watched by generalists. Among the screening tests mentioned, I would add a CRP and a hep C antibody in patients with polyarthralgias since we are facing a pandemic of hep C infection. Here, to the uninitiated, a positive RA factor and polyarthralgias would make people (non-rheumatologists) think of RA as opposed to excluding hep C infection first. Thank you,"
