"Excellent presentation and reaffirmation of how to practice medicine.  Take a history, make a  differential dx then laboratory testing to prove or disprove items in the differential diagnosis.  I have MS, and auto-immune disease with arthritis of hands, most likely osteoarthritis.  I am 76 years of age and diagnosed in 1999 with MS.

Is there any possible chance that I could develop another auto-immune disease as my daughter has done.  She has MS and ulcerative colitis."
